About: This upscale fine dining establishment is looking for a Culinary Manager to oversee the back-of-house operations and ensure top-notch guest satisfaction through hands-on management. The role involves maintaining high standards in kitchen organization, staff management, and cost controls in adherence to OSHA regulations.

Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale fine dining establishment; Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls, and cost management; Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable work history with a strong work ethic; Graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
