Position: Sous Chef job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Sous Chef for the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing various kitchen functions in alignment with ASM policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Excellent customer service skills; Background check clearance including credit history report; ServSafe Certified; 1 year of supervisory experience; 2+ years’ experience in culinary; Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
