Position: Sous Chef job
About: Aegis Living West Seattle is seeking a Sous Chef to provide quality meals and care to senior residents. The role involves completing essential kitchen tasks, preparing food items using various techniques and cooking methods.
Requirements: +3 years of experience as a Cook or Line/ Prep Cook; Preferred experience as a Sous Chef; Prefered experience managing food inventory; Must be 18+ years of age; Food preparation and production experience required; Ability to meet all health requirements; Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test
