About: Yard House, a restaurant known for its great food, classic rock vibes, and extensive beer selection, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead their team and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality and delicious food to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for excellent execution; stable job history demonstrating career progression
