Requirements: Minimum of six years’ experience in culinary field or any similar combination of education and experience; knowledge of safety programs and regulations; ability to communicate effectively in English, with Spanish skills being helpful; ability to perform advanced kitchen math and basic computer skills; possession of an unexpired Food Handlers Safety Certificate; experience in meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities; ability to work with little supervision and lead, train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen teams; capability to develop, cost, and implement creative, innovative, and healthy menus while exceeding quality and value expectations.
