Requirements: A.S. degree or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; proficient in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable; willingness to participate in client satisfaction activities
