Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience; institutional and batch cooking experiences; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers and Microsoft Office; willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities; ServSafe certified preferred
