About: Perry’s, a renowned fine dining establishment, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to uphold their culinary standards and provide exceptional dining experiences for guests. Requirements: At least 3 years of restaurant chef experience required; fine dining setting preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices required; understanding of recipe, preparation, cooking, and knife handling skills; knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated; basic mathematical skills required
