Position: Sous Chef job
About: A sous chef position is available in Feasterville, supervising and coordinating activities in food preparation and cooking, reporting to the Chef. The role includes assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef and overseeing banquet functions.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required; experience in preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable; possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; current ServSafe certification required
