Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited program or a related field preferred; minimum of 3-5 years Professional Culinary Leadership experience in a high-volume dining environment required; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, sanitation, production, and presentation required; Registered Food Service Manager (RFSM) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date; Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
