Position: Sous Chef job
About: HMSHost is offering an opportunity for a Sous Chef position at Birmingham Airport F&B location. The Sous Chef will assist in overseeing a kitchen with challenging operations, managing food production processes, and supervising kitchen staff.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management course; strong team management, delegation, and coaching skills; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse with individuals
