Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Sous Chef position at CHKD involves ensuring effective operations in line with company policies, federal, state, and local regulations. The role supervises all food service personnel, working closely with the Executive Chef and leadership. Reporting to department leadership is also a key responsibility.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food service operations; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
