Position: Sous Chef job
About: MotorCity is a renowned establishment known for providing a top-notch gaming experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.
Requirements: Must possess a high degree of knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operation, sanitation, leadership skills, and supervisory abilities; Must be a graduate of an approved culinary school; Advanced degree is a plus as is ACF certification; Must possess a desire for exceptional quality and have the highest concern for customer satisfaction, food quality, and presentation; Minimum five years of experience in a high-quality restaurant environment; Computer literate, i.e., Windows XP, Word & Excel; Good communication skills a must; Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely; Ability to coach, mentor, and guide associates; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
