About: Shaw’s Crab House is a unique dining establishment offering two distinct experiences: a casual oyster bar with freshly shucked oysters, and a sophisticated seafood house serving made-to-order sushi and over 40 seafood dishes, including the renowned Alaskan King Crab Legs.
Requirements: 2-3 years of sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant; ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff
