About: A high-end restaurant in need of an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and management team in maintaining food quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds its standards of service and quality.

Requirements: 3+ years of restaurant experience; experience in a sous chef or similar role preferred; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; in-depth knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
