Position: Sous Chef job
About: Parx Casino is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and ensure the highest quality food production and service standards are met in our Restaurants/Outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen operations, developing menus, training staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at least seven (7) years of management experience in the culinary field; high degree of creativity, excellent organizational and planning skills, strong communication skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of federal, state, and local culinary regulations
