Position: Sous Chef job
About: Lew’s Bar & Grill is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a second-in-command in the kitchen, you will be responsible for directing and managing kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards set by the executive chef, and stepping in when needed to maintain efficient food production. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
