Position: Sous Chef job
About: Hersha Hospitality Management, LP is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist the Executive Chef in the preparation of food and oversight of kitchen operations in accordance with established food quality, guest service and sustainability standards. This role offers a growth path from Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef, Chef, and ultimately Executive Chef within the company’s operations in the restaurant industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
