Position: Sous Chef job
About: Desert Mountain Club, one of the largest private country clubs in North America and a top 8 club in the country, is seeking a Sous Chef to join its culinary team led by Maitre Cuisinier de France, Chef Bertrand Bouquin. The club features seven signature golf courses, seven distinctive clubhouses, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a swim and tennis facility, and a spa, offering a range of amenities for its members and residents in North Scottsdale, Arizona.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant with at least 2 years in a kitchen leadership role; valid driver’s license with no traffic violations within the last 3 years; strong knowledge of culinary operations, dining services, events, and catering; experience in upscale restaurant and golf/country club settings preferred
