Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Experience in managing and supervising kitchen operations; Strong culinary skills and creativity; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
