Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Summit Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to provide managerial and culinary assistance in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various culinary roles and settings, able to delegate tasks effectively, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality food production.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef; understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures; record of kitchen and staff management; ability to handle emergency situations and provide solutions quickly; familiarity with industry best practices; working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems; BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate preferred
