They are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their culinary team and uphold high standards of food quality and service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experienced Sous Chef with culinary and administrative responsibilities; proficiency in various cooking methods and equipment; capable of training kitchen staff and maintaining food standards; valid food handler’s card; flexibility to work weekends and holidays; positive attitude towards guests and team members; computer knowledge; experience in high-volume kitchen operations
