Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Restaurant is seeking experienced and dedicated Sous Chefs to join their culinary operations team under the guidance of the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years’ experience as a chef or line cook; Serve Safe Certified; ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff; proficiency in reading and interpreting documents; knowledge of safety and operating procedures; excellent communication and leadership skills; computer proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy trays or equipment; ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced kitchen settings.
