Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Sous Chef at a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and profitability. They contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through a superior team member and guest experience, ensuring menu items are executed excellently.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution; stable job history showing upward career progression
