About: The Murfreesboro Embassy Suites is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at the Atrium SPIRIT. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and consistency of all meals served from the kitchen, focusing on taste, presentation, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining standards, menu development, and ensuring compliance with health codes. This position offers a full-time opportunity in a teamwork-driven hospitality environment.
Requirements: 3 years of culinary experience; supervisory experience preferred; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost control, and food preparation techniques; Culinary Certification preferred; ServSafe Certification required
