Position: Sous Chef job
About: Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef to ensure effective operations in accordance with company policies and regulations. The Sous Chef will supervise food service personnel to maintain quality service standards and work closely with the Executive Chef and team members to deliver exceptional service at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; strong knowledge of food quality standards and regulatory compliance; ability to supervise and train staff effectively; excellent organizational and communication skills
