About: IDEXX, an innovation leader in various industries, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to prepare high-quality meals in a clean and safe environment, contributing to the exceptional products offered to employees and guests. This position offers the opportunity for cross-training and skill development in multiple culinary stations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or relevant experience required; ability to lead kitchen team in the absence of the CDC; proficiency in food preparation, menu development, team leadership, and communication skills; adherence to safety and sanitation standards; strong customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and walk 3 to 5 miles per day; completion of ServSafe certification and knife skills training
