About: Landry’s, LLC is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager for an upscale/fine dining kitchen, dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction through a hands-on management style and commitment to excellence. The position involves overseeing staff, managing costs, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor costs, and product quality; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable and progressive work history; graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus
