About: The Capital Grille, located at 7600 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY, is seeking a detail-oriented Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food, ensuring food safety, maintaining profitability, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining top-line sales and upholding culinary excellence within the restaurant environment, focusing on quality and execution.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to excellent execution; stable job history with clear career progression
