Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of progressive sophisticated-casual culinary experience, with 2 years in a leadership position in a fast-paced environment; passion for and knowledge of plant-based ingredients preferred; ability to motivate others and maintain high standards; strong communication skills; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
