Position: Sous Chef job
About: Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a Sous Chef to manage the daily operations of assigned kitchens, ensuring profitability and quality standards are met. The role involves providing direction to kitchen staff, maintaining paperwork, overseeing cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a high-volume culinary environment.
Requirements: Technical Culinary Diploma or two years of related experience and/or training; Minimum 2 years cooking experience in a high-volume/highest quality operation; One year prior inventory/cost control experience; Well-rounded food background with extensive knowledge of all kitchen equipment; Effective verbal and written communication skills and math analyzation skills
