Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; long hours may be required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; multitasking and prioritization abilities; attendance at required meetings and trainings; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; high school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
