Position: Sous Chef job
About: Touchmark at Coffee Creek, a full-service retirement community, is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their culinary team committed to excellence and high food quality standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experienced Sous Chef with culinary and administrative responsibilities; training expertise in kitchen preparation and plating; skilled in setting up and stocking stations; proficient in various cooking methods and equipment; accurate and efficient in task execution; willingness to work weekends and holidays; positive attitude towards guests and team members; possession of a valid food handler’s card; basic computer knowledge; experience in a high-volume kitchen; ability to work independently and within a team
