Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Cedars of Chapel Hill Club is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. The establishment is dedicated to providing quality care for seniors and their families, offering high-quality care with a personal touch to encourage Members to enjoy life to the fullest. The Cedars of Chapel Hill Club is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join their team.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in a fine dining environment within a hotel, restaurant, or private club; culinary education preferred; previous supervisory experience; ability to plan and organize work efficiently, interpret instructions, and follow recipes; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized inventory and ordering systems; knowledge of nutrition, diet, and healthcare is a plus.
