About: A restaurant in need of a Sous Chef to oversee and coordinate daily activities and operations of cooks and other kitchen staff, ensuring quality, presentation, professionalism, and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
Requirements: Graduate of a recognized culinary school and five to six years related experience preferred; thorough knowledge of all food preparation techniques and styles; proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates; commitment to excellence and high standards; versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in changing priorities; acute attention to detail; effective communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor
