Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Banquet Sous Chef to oversee the execution and organization of all food production within the facilities. This role requires a strong focus on kitchen safety, food sanitation, and adherence to the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma required; Experience: Minimum four years as an Executive Sous Chef in a multi-functional hotel operation, six years in a management role, working knowledge of various cuisines, and a track record of growth and profitability. Skills Required: Proficiency in English language, mathematical calculations, communication, organization, problem-solving, and knowledge of the Miami area. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, operate office equipment, and communicate effectively with others.
