Position: Sous Chef job
About: Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that offers indoor mini golf, world-class food, and a full bar in a vibrant environment. The Puttshack experience focuses on having fun together while enjoying interactive entertainment for all ages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience with at least two recent years as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high volume ($4M+ annual revenue) environment; relentless but intentional spirit of innovation; ability to manage a diverse work environment; ability to go above and beyond with meaningful care; strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift 50 pounds, and obtain required food handlers licenses and certifications; excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
