Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment; scheduling of BOH staff; upkeep of kitchen equipment and space including preventative maintenance and handling acute repairs; mastery of consistent dish execution; ensuring cleanliness and presentation of kitchen staff, maintaining a professional and safe work environment; managing food ordering, inventory, and storage to control costs; communicating with vendors for quality and cost-effective product sourcing; maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; managing staff and schedules to meet payroll targets; collaborating with FOH management on service, private events, and issue resolution
