About: Wreckers Sports Bar, located at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida, is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team as a Kitchen Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining kitchen sanitation and food standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
