Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sodexo Campus Dining at Seattle Pacific University is seeking an experienced Hands-On Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in the Student Dining program, overseeing production for multiple stations serving over 600 students. With a long-term partnership with the university, Sodexo aims to provide exceptional dining experiences for all guests on a daily basis, promoting work-life balance with no late nights and most holidays off.
Requirements: High school diploma, 3-5 years of cooking experience in high-volume production cooking, experience in supervising and leading a team of cooks, ability to problem-solve and adapt, working knowledge of automated Ordering/Inventory systems
