About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to oversee kitchen activities and uphold the restaurant’s high standards of quality and service. Requirements: Previous sous chef experience required; good organization and time management skills; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays; maturity and social skills of a hospitality professional
