Position: Sous Chef job
About: Pixar Animation Studios is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their top-talent Culinary Team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Chef De Cuisine in managing Café employees, food preparation, kitchen operations, and guest services, creating cost-efficient menus, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety guidelines at the Café.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions; At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity; Proficiency in verbal, written, and digital communication; Excellent guest service skills; Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment; Exceptional knife skills; Basic computer knowledge; Ability to use sound judgment
