Position: Sous Chef job
About: Farmers Restaurant Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join their restaurant management team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in leading the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining hospitality standards, and contributing to the profitability and growth of the restaurant chain.
Requirements: Experience managing in high-volume restaurants, with a minimum of three years preferred; strong understanding of restaurant operations; passion for hospitality; ability to lead a team; capable of problem-solving on each shift; love for food and beverage; caring, self-motivated, and exhibit leadership qualities; able to communicate effectively in the workplace language; able to follow recipes and work efficiently in a kitchen environment; physically capable of prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and working with allergens like nuts and dairy.
