Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen; proven track record of demonstrative leadership in a kitchen; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds daily; excellent quality standards and customer service skills; English communication proficiency; strong hand-eye coordination and sense of taste and smell
