Position: Sous Chef job
About: HMSHost at Piedmont Triad International Airport is hiring a Sous Chef to assist with overseeing kitchen operations. The position involves managing food production processes, preparing and cooking food, supervising kitchen staff, and other assigned responsibilities. The Sous Chef reports to the Restaurant Chef and participates in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; Serve Safe Management certification; demonstrated team management, delegation, coaching, and motivational skills; strong organization and time management abilities; proficient in communication and comprehension of instructions.
