Requirements: Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment; strong culinary skills, including a thorough understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines; leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff; exceptional organizational and time-management skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required; creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts
