Requirements: Associate or Bachelors degree in culinary arts or an equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience; One to three years of food preparation experience including sauces, soups, meat, and seafood; Supervisory experience and working knowledge of banquet production and planning preferred; Current ServSafe Certification required
