Position: Sous Chef job
About: Highgate Hotels, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a Sous Chef for The Westin New Orleans. The hotel offers stunning views of the Mississippi River and the French Quarter, featuring 462 rooms and suites, event space, fitness center, lobby bar, and restaurant.
Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
