About: The West Hollywood EDITION, located at 9040 West Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, California, is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Kitchen Operations Manager. This luxurious hotel combines the visionary genius of boutique hotelier Ian Schrager with the service excellence of Marriott International, offering a unique and exceptional hospitality experience.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Ability to lead and supervise kitchen operations, ensure culinary standards are met, and maintain guest and associate satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
