Position: Sous Chef I, Space 220
About: Patina Restaurant Group, a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their team at Space 220 in a well-known theme park in Orlando, Florida. The Sous Chef will oversee production for both lunch and dinner services, focusing on a three-course prix fixe meal with attention to detail and plate presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of culinary arts experience, including management role; strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and kitchen production systems; excellent volume cooking and presentation skills; proficient in leadership and working with diverse team members; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability; no degree required
