Position: Sous Chef Hilton Garden Inn / Ventanas
About: Hilton Garden Inn Food and Beverage in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sous Chef to be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, providing leadership, maintaining food quality, and overseeing banquet events including the premier rooftop event space Ventanas.
Requirements: College or culinary training preferred; a minimum of 1 year working as a SC or ASC in high volume kitchen; extensive cooking and production experience required; commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge; basic math and computer skills; knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws; understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment; ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
